GRANULATE SIEVES
Maximum screening quality for plastic and recycling granulates
Gough screen technology has earned an excellent reputation in the granulate sector thanks to its many years of experience and first-class quality. Innovative technology such as air bellow bearings reduces vertical amplitudes to an absolute minimum and eliminates almost all vertical vibrations – a basic requirement for maximum efficiency in the separation of your materials. Impressive throughput rates, minimal installation heights, and low-wear components are just some of the advantages of our granulate screens.

Reliable sorting out of oversized particles (plastic granulate)
Advantages
- Technical advantage thanks to Gough-specific air bellows suspension, which ensures ideal screening conditions
- Oversized particles cannot “stand up” and slip through the sieve.
- Dust removal can be integrated directly into the machine or screening process.
- Also separates regranulate from recycled plastic waste
- Minimal installation heights thanks to Gough Lowline technology
- Low-wear and seamlessly welded components for residue-free product guidance and easy cleaning
- Free 360° alignment of product discharge, precisely adaptable to your processes

THE SCREENING PROCESS
The elimination of oversized particles and dust takes place within one process step, with the horizontal vibrations guarantee the highest screening quality. In one process, up to 5 different sizes are classified and screened out for further processing through individual, 360° freely positionable outlets.
INDIVIDUAL PERFORATED PLATES
Perforated plates are precisely adapted to your granules and throughputs.
FIRST-CLASS WORKMANSHIP
Seamlessly welded screen frames ensure residue-free product guidance and easy cleaning. The recessed feed area ensures smooth product feeding and protects against wear.
INDIVIDUAL EQUIPMENT
Our Lowline design with extremely low base body fits under any granulator and the dust-tight design prevents foreign contamination.
GOUGH AIR-BELLOW BEARING
Thanks to these air-filled bearings, vertical amplitudes can be reduced to an absolute minimum and almost all vertical vibrations can be eliminated – a basic prerequisite for maximum efficiency when it comes to the separation of your materials.

SIEVING REGRANULATE
High throughput rates for the screening of regranulate. BigBag feeding also possible.
Questions and answers
When screening oversize particles, including dust removal, Gough granulate screens can handle approx. 4,000 to 5,000 kg/h. If dust removal is not necessary, this rate increases significantly.
The smallest versions of the Gough granulate screens already achieve 500 to 800 kg/h.
Thanks to Gough's proprietary “air bellow” mounting, we guarantee that the screen surface is always 100% “in the water.” This is a performance that is impossible to achieve with springs or rubber buffers.
The combination of Gough drive and Air-Bellow suspension eliminates almost all vertical vibrations, creating optimal conditions for screening oversize particles.
The product is fed centrally from above onto the granulate screen.
Alternatively, the product can be fed into the center of the screen via a permanently installed chute.
We can flexibly adapt the height of the screens to your specifications or conditions, e.g., existing pelletizers, etc.
The 360° adjustable outlets give you complete freedom in terms of direction.
Good grain is usually transported using our aeromechanical conveyors (Floveyor) or a suction pneumatic system.
Perforated plates are used almost exclusively in the granulate sector.
Both perforated plates and fabric can be used for dust removal, depending on and tailored to your requirements and your material.
Ultrasonic cleaning is available as an option to permanently remove or prevent material build-up on the screen surfaces.
The perforated plates are seamlessly welded into the superstructures without any beads or edges.
The screens can be easily removed and cleaned individually.
Only the air pressure of the air bellows suspension (6 bar) should be checked at regular intervals.
This check or maintenance is not necessary if the air bellows are connected to a factory air network.
